Please note that neither Certainty Management nor our claim filing service partner, LenCred, can guarantee the amount of your personal settlement payment, should you qualify for one. Your settlement payout will be contingent on factors such as your processing volume total, total interchange fees paid to Visa and/or MasterCard, your interchange rate, and how many years you accepted Visa and MasterCard payments (from Jan. 1, 2004-Jan. 24, 2019). Furthermore, the final payout amounts will be influenced by the total number of merchants who file a claim for this Visa/MC settlement.
